Back To Work

Well after being off for close to a month, I returned to work last week. Not much has changed. We did recieve shippment of our 2 new cranes before I left and now they are up and running. The picture below is of the new cranes still on the vessel that delivered them. It was a incredible sight to see these massive cranes on a small vessel.

Once they got them off the vessel and onto the dock they started the long process of raising the "house" of the crane and getting everything operational.

Just a little photographic shot (click the picture to enlarge)

Lastly I wanted to share this sunset shot I got. This is one of our other docks that we operate in Long Beach. This shot was taken from the end of our dock looking south. This is the last sunset I think I'll get a shot at untill daylight savings time returns.......(click pic for fullsize image)

Lola Jean

On October 18 at 4:00pm Lola Jean joined our family. She weighed in at 8lbs 11ozs and was 20 1/4 inches long. She is happy and healthy and keeping Mommy and Daddy busy.

Once home she had to get the approval from Gordon, who was interested for a second then return to his daily routine of sleep.

Noah loves his baby sister and was very interested. He is mommies biggest helper and is doing great as a Big Brother. He loves to give Lola hugs and kisses.

He is even happy to take his turn holding Lola.

Lola has found the pacifier (Noah made sure she knew what it was........)

Lola and Noah in Noah's "Big Boy Bed"

And of course, Lola ready to cheer for her favorite team.......... GO CHARGERS!!!!!!!!!

Halloween 2007

HAPPY HALLOWEEN - Hope all is well with everyone and Yes I know "Its about Time" I'm going to start our return to blogging with last nights Halloween adventure. First picture is of Noahs first pumpkin (Noah designed and Daddy carved) Baby Lola stayed at home with grandma and helped hand out candy so her pictures will be in the next post.

Noah got to be his favorite fish for Halloween - NEMO. Here he is with the witch getting ready to go Trick-O-Treating

Off and running for the car, hes is ready to hit Downtown Huntington Beach. And I'm sure you noticed the pumpkin socks that match (Thanks Mom)

Here we are ready to go, Nemo and Ariel. Ariel is Noah's friend Hailey (Daughter of Cayce's friend Megan). Noah was the only Nemo swimming around Main Street on Halloween and made quite the impression on everyone.

One of the stores had this pumpkin in their window - I couldn't pass it up. I hope everyone had a safe and sane Halloween.

BTW - I have to Thank Kim for the insight on making these blogs alot easier and less fustrating. At this rate I might get more posted.......................Keith
